JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a popular Japanese Anime and Manga series.

The Manga first appeared in the year 1987.

In the year 1993 an OVA (Original Video Animation) of the Series was released.

In 2012 it received its Anime Adaptation and in 2017 it received a live action movie which covers a small bit of Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable

The Anime can be pretty brutal sometimes and it is violent and there also is a lot of fighting. Also, the Anime is actually pretty weird and not for everyone because of that.

(For example: there is a pig coming out of a toilet, a serial killer that has a hand fetish, wierd ancient godlike beings that came out of a stone and eat vampires and humans by absorbing them)

The plot of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is split into 8 parts (Manga) and it is still running today.

The Anime only has covered 5 parts so far (as of October 2020).

The parts are:

Part 2: Battle Tendency 

Part 3: Stardust Crusaders

Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable

Part 5: Golden Wind

Part 6: Stone Ocean

Part 7: Steel Ball Run

Part 8: JoJolion

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure tells the story of the Joestar Family. Each part has a different member of the Joestar Family as a main character and takes place in a different time and place.

While there are a lot of Genres in Anime and Manga, for example:

Comedy, Romance, Mystery, Shounen (Anime for male teenagers in which a Main protagonist often has a group of friends or supporting characters that he tries to protect. Popular Shounen Anime Are: Black Clover, My Hero Academia, Naruto, One Piece((very good Anime for beginners, but has over 900 episodes)). ) and many more.

JoJos Bizarre Adventure is unique because it is very bizarre as the name suggests it and doesn't feel like a typical Anime.

Because it is so strange and bizarre a lot of memes were made from the show. Also, because it uses a lot of music references (for example, a Stand is called Killer Queen which is a reference to Queen's hit song Killer Queen, A vampire is called ACDC, another Stand is called D4C referencing to Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheep). Also, the fight scenes are very good. And it has a lot of funny scenes.

Stand:

A Stand is an entity psychically generated by its owner, referred to as a Stand User. It generally presents itself as a figure hovering over or near the user and possesses abilities beyond that of an ordinary human, which, depending on the Stand User, can be wielded for good or evil.(Source: JoJo Fandom Wiki).

Also it can only be seen by other Stand Users and not by normal humans.

When I first watched the Anime I was sometimes shocked at certain moments, but I overall really enjoyed the Anime because of its really interesting story and overall weirdness.

It even became one of my favourite Anime because of how unique it is.
